3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before work starts.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or card.

  • A handling fee may apply to non-bank transfer payments (e.g. £10 per transaction).

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

4. Access to Property

You agree to give us safe and timely access to your property. If access is not granted at the agreed time, we reserve the right to reschedule or apply a call-out charge.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the job, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • If we cancel due to weather or other safety reasons, we will reschedule at no extra charge.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 working days.

6. Guarantees and Liability

  • We always aim to provide a high standard of service.

  • However, we cannot guarantee results affected by pre-existing conditions or materials.

  • D ‘n’ N is fully insured. We accept no liability for loss or damage unless proven due to our direct negligence.
